Job summary

Vistex Inc. in the United States is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support a range of activities, coordinate internal, customer, and online events, and assist with daily department operations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and travel 2-3X per year.

You will work with teams across the organization to execute event details, support lead generation, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the Marketing department, reporting to the Events Manager.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Marketing.
• 2 years: Experience as a Marketing and Events Coordinator or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office and event coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Marketing activities and events.
• Support pre- and post-event activities for tradeshows, conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and internal events.
• Promote and collaborate of events to drive attendance.
• Maintain records of marketing expenses, invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist with travel arrangements and hotel blocks.
• Provide administrative support for marketing department.
