Job summary

Vistex is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support a range of marketing initiatives, coordinate internal and external events, manage logistics, and collaborate with teams across the organization. This role is full-time, hybrid in Hoffman Estates, IL, with travel 2-3x per year and an emphasis on lead generation support and administrative duties.

Candidates typically have 2+ years in marketing/event roles, strong MS Office skills, and solid communication and project management

Qualifications

• Education Required Associates or better in Marketing.
• Preferred Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.
• Experience Required 2 years: Experience as a Marketing and Events Coordinator or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Marketing activities and communications, assist with event-related details and materials, organize and manage department inventory, and provide support for departmental projects and initiatives.
• Help coordinate and support pre- and post-event activities for tradeshows, conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and internal company events.
• Support the promotion and collaboration of events to drive attendance and participation.
• Maintain records of marketing expenses, invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist with event logistics, booth materials, and promotional items in compliance with event timelines.
