Job summary

Vistex is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support a variety of marketing and event activities. Hybrid role with travel up to 2-3x per year, coordinating internal, customer, and online events, and assisting with day-to-day department tasks.

You’ll work across teams to execute event details, support lead generation, manage budgets and records, and help with travel arrangements and promotional items.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience as Marketing and Events Coordinator or similar.
• Experience with event coordination, show management, or administrative support.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Marketing activities and events, manage department inventory and provide project support.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event activities for tradeshows, conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and internal events.
• Support the promotion and collaboration of events to drive attendance.
• Maintain records of marketing expenses, invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist with travel arrangements and procuring promotional items.

Education

Associate degree in Marketing

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
