You will monitor tours and model, aid in vendor relationships, organize monthly events and housing fairs, and maintain curb appeal. It’s a hands-on role with room to grow within Landmark Properties.

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily.
• Assist in tracking and reporting leasing data, metrics and goals.
• Organize and manage monthly resident events.
• Organize and manage monthly marketing events and campaigns.
• Represent the community and Landmark Properties in a professional manner.
