The InfoTech Manager will lead a team of Application and Web Administrators, ensuring the seamless operation and development of our digital infrastructure. They will leverage technology to optimize efficiency, communication, and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends relevant to the nonprofit sector.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications and systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Supervise Application and Web Administrators, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage the organization’s website, ensuring it reflects the mission and values.
• Coordinate website updates, enhancements, and content management.
• Optimize user experience and accessibility standards.
• Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on IT systems.
• Develop documentation and resources for knowledge sharing.
• Serve as the primary contact for IT inquiries and support requests.

Qualifications
