We are looking for an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our expert marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.
  • Work with vendors to align resources and pricing.
  • Create marketing events’ agenda and maintain marketing events calendar.
  • Track event attendance and coordinate with sales team for event feedback
  • Serve as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
  • Track and report on registration numbers and other metrics.
  • Place vendor orders and conduct detailed budget tracking.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events.
  • Book event logistics and travel arrangements for the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management
  • Highly proficient in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Tenacious, collaborative spirit with a strong customer focus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experiencing measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and website analytics
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
