Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Marketing Engineer Co-op to gain hands-on experience with our chiller product portfolio and cross-functional teams. You will support field sales and customers with product selection guidance and competitive positioning.

The role runs onsite in La Crosse, WI; Pueblo, CO; Newberry, SC, offering leadership development, academic credit, and exposure to senior leaders within the company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS/BA in Engineering, Marketing, or Applied Sciences with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available to work full-time for 6–8 consecutive months (Jan–Aug or May–Dec).
• Completed coursework focusing on Thermodynamics and Mechanical Design, Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the Chiller Product Portfolio, its capabilities and applications.
• Provide pre-sales support to the sales field for the chiller portfolio.
