Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Commercialization Co-op to support chiller product commercialization, with opportunities to network with senior leaders and gain academic credit. Hybrid work in La Crosse, WI or Pueblo, CO.

Open to BS/BA students in Engineering, Marketing, or Applied Sciences with a 3.0+ GPA, available full-time for 6–8 months. Collaboration across functions is essential for success and learning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BS/BA program in Engineering, Marketing, or Applied Sciences with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Available to work full-time for 6–8 consecutive months (January–August or May–December).
• U.S. citizen or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Trane chiller products, systems and competitive offerings.
• Support commercialization efforts, assisting in sales training and product promotion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercialization strategy.
• Create and edit sales and marketing content for webinars, materials and resources.
• Contribute to training materials and presentations for field sales and engagements.
• Research competitive landscape to inform selling stories and differentiation content.
• Maintain internal resource hubs for training materials and channel engagement.
• Engage with customers during virtual/in-person engagements to gather insights.
