Trane Technologies Co‑Op Program invites current college students (Engineering, Marketing, Applied Sciences) to join a hands‑on experience. The role operates full‑time as we coordinate with your university for academic credit, with opportunities to network with senior leaders and gain exposure to our climate solutions business.

The program offers development, leadership training, and cross‑functional collaboration across Commercialization, Product Support, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BS/BA program in Engineering, Marketing, or Applied Sciences with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Available to work full-time for 6–8 consecutive months (Jan–Aug or May–Dec).
• Coursework in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Design, Marketing, or relevant topics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Trane chiller products, systems and competitive offerings.
• Support commercialization efforts and training across chiller businesses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Create and edit sales and marketing content for various media channels.
• Develop materials for field sales training and product positioning.
• Research competitive landscape to support new product development.
• Maintain internal training resources for channel engagement.
• Support customer insight activities and engagements under guidance.
• Monitor sales performance and identify messaging improvements.
