Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a college Co-Op participant for its Engineering streams. You will develop and maintain quality systems for new and existing products while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.

The role targets students pursuing BS/BA or MS in Engineering, with opportunities for full-time work January–August or May–December in the United States. Willingness to relocate and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, or a related major
• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
• Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
