Qualifications

• AI-native, systems thinking, and orchestration skills.
• Ability to design scalable growth loops and growth experiments.
• Experience prompting and orchestrating LLMs for research, data evaluation, and automation.
• Strong API integration and automation capabilities.
• Comfort shipping functional experiments in hours, not weeks.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI-Native PLG Funnel and autonomous agents for the Fabricate experience.
• Engineer the Sales Bridge using AI-native orchestration and LLMs to identify high-fidelity leads.
• Invent growth capabilities by building persistent agents for real-time personalization.
• Build the experimentation layer to prototype in-product experiments and pricing gates.
