Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking an Enablement Support professional to streamline marketing enablement tasks and materials across the Americas. You will manage SharePoint libraries, publish sales collateral, and maintain Monday.com workflows to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing/communications or admin support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• 1–3 years in marketing, communications, operations, or admin support.
• Strong organizational and task-execution skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Monday.com or similar.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments preferred.
• Attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute enablement tasks via Monday.com request boards.
• Create, update, and distribute sales enablement materials.
• Maintain distributor- and customer-facing materials in SharePoint.
• Assemble and distribute sales collateral and event materials.
• Support marketing infrastructure with updated tools and templates.
• Standardize LATAM presentations per Marketing Communications frameworks.
• Manage daily intake of marketing requests in Monday.com.
• Maintain Monday.com boards and reporting fields.
• Assist with Publication Board workflows and approvals.
• Prepare assets for NPI campaigns and internal communications.
• Maintain MyAMMEGA SharePoint updates and organization.
• Coordinate pick-and-ship processes for literature and stock.
• Develop and manage sales training videos and materials.
• Ensure metadata accuracy across SharePoint filing systems.
• Support vendor coordination for marketing materials.
• Update dashboards and support KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing across Americas.
