Job summary

ANDMORE® in Atlanta seeks a Program Manager - Marketing Enablement to lead the delivery and adoption of technology initiatives across Marketing operations. You will optimize platforms, streamline campaigns, and enable data-driven decision-making to boost customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

This role partners with Marketing, Brand and Communications to deliver scalable solutions, translate priorities into roadmaps, and drive change management with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Five or more years leading enterprise technology initiatives or large-scale programs.
• Experience delivering marketing technology initiatives that improve campaign performance and growth; HubSpot, Cvent or similar tools preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of programs related to marketing technology platforms.
• Define scope, goals, requirements, success measures, and outcomes with business leaders.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for tech partners.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests with leadership visibility.
• Lead change-management activities including training and documentation.
