Job summary

PNC is seeking an Associate Marketing Lead to join the Marketing organization. You will be based in a PNC Marketing Hub and drive long-term Small Business growth by delivering personalized, omni-channel segmentation strategies that acquire, engage, and retain customers while aligning with evolving client needs.

You will work with cross-functional partners to execute defined marketing programs, apply KPI frameworks, and leverage AI-driven personalization to create impactful customer journeys.
