Ekimetrics is seeking a Manager in Marketing Effectiveness to lead international client programs, oversee end-to-end delivery, and drive business growth. You will manage multiple teams, translate complex analyses into strategic insights, and mentor talent while upholding Eki standards and client value.

The role requires strong econometrics and MMM expertise, with a focus on delivering actionable recommendations and sustainable impact across industries.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years’ experience in econometrics, MMM, or marketing effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling and MMM programs for international clients.
• Ensure data quality, model validity, and actionable recommendations.
• Translate model outputs into strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Define project roadmaps and ensure alignment with client objectives and profitability.
• Manage multiple teams and accounts, mentor staff, and drive talent development.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support account growth.
