Job summary

Ekimetrics is a global leader in Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness and AI-powered solutions, with offices in New York and globally. The Senior Manager, Marketing Effectiveness will lead high-impact analytics engagements, manage executives, and drive business development across strategic accounts.

You will guide cross‑functional teams, mentor data scientists, and shape client transformation through data-driven insights, operating in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, marketing science, or a related consulting environment.
• Proficiency in analytics and data science tools, including Python, with ability to translate analyses into business insights.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic client engagements and building executive relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and business growth.
