Pursuit in the Greater Phoenix Area is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead strategy across a multi-property portfolio. You will own the marketing function and partner with Sales and Operations to drive lead generation, occupancy, and revenue growth.

This role offers strategic ownership, executive exposure, and the chance to build and grow a high-impact marketing team while optimizing campaigns and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, multifamily, homebuilding, or multi-property marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and lead marketing strategy across multiple properties or locations.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, occupancy, sales conversion, and marketing ROI.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and executive leadership to drive business results.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and vendors.
