Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Experience developing and managing marketing strategies and budgets.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, CAC, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing outside marketing agencies or vendors.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate findings into practical business decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and hold others accountable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams and company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing function, including oversight of vendors, systems, budgets, workflows, and performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals and long-term growth.
• Establish annual and quarterly marketing plans, priorities, and measurable expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and expand into new markets.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and build internal marketing capabilities as the company grows.
• Lead agency meetings to evaluate performance, deliverables, and ROI.
• Oversee brand management, content, website, SEO, and digital marketing activities.
• Implement marketing automation and CRM improvements and ensure data visibility across the funnel.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve data accuracy and marketing-sales alignment.
