Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or economics; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of real estate transactions experience; corporate real estate preferred.
• Strong track record in site selection, lease and purchase/sale negotiations.
• Extensive expertise in negotiations, financial modeling, project management, lease optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Forecast space needs with cross-functional teams and market opportunities.
• Develop and execute corporate real estate strategies aligned with budgets and operations.
• Source opportunities, analyze locations, build financial models, and justify options.
• Manage lease events, milestone dates, and portfolio initiatives with real-time reporting.
• Evaluate market conditions and portfolio trends to inform strategy for senior leadership.
• Oversee all real estate transactions including lease negotiations, acquisitions, renewals, and due diligence.
• Lead end-to-end real estate lifecycle from site identification to surrender at term.
• Partner with finance to evaluate ROIs and lease vs. own analyses.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, regulatory requirements and environmental considerations.
