Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B and/or manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to build and execute measurable marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify marketing strategy for DCU and ADS.
• Own demand generation and revenue metrics (MQL/SQL, CPA, ROAS).
• Oversee website, SEO/SEM, and eCommerce performance.
• Manage budget, vendors, and team development.
• Provide monthly performance reports to leadership.
