Job Overview:

As a Marketing Development Representative at TCC, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest and setting up high-value sales appointments. Employment Details:
  • Type: Full time (7:00AM - 3:00PM EST)
  • Location: USA / EST TimeZone (Fully Remote)
  • Compensation: Hourly Rate: $25 USD + Bonus Opportunity
Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with Potential Clients: Make outbound calls to introduce TCC's hiring solutions, generate interest, and build relationships.
  2. Qualify & Schedule Appointments: Secure high-quality meetings for our sales team to drive conversions and revenue.
  3. Handle Inbound Calls: Manage incoming inquiries on the main office line and direct leads accordingly.
  4. Own the CRM: Keep our HubSpot CRM updated with every interaction, ensuring seamless communication between sales and prospects.
  5. Follow Up: Maintain consistent outreach to ensure no opportunity is left behind.
  6. Collaborate with Sales: Align schedules, confirm same-day appointments, and refine appointment-setting strategies.
  7. Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up with market trends and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
  8. Contribute Ideas: Bring fresh insights to improve lead generation and streamline our sales funnel.
Qualifications:
  1. 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably in B2B; construction experience a plus).
  2. Background in sales or customer service with experience handling inbound and outbound prospecting—comfortable making a high volume of calls (100+ per day), handling objections, and setting appointments.
  3. Ability to qualify leads effectively using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar methodologies.
  4. Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  5. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a hunger to exceed targets and make an impact. Able to track performance, analyze lead conversion rates, and optimize outreach strategies.
  7. Adaptable and resourceful—able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Performance Metrics:
  • Number of outbound calls/emails per day
  • Lead response time & follow-up rate
  • Number of sales-qualified appointments set
  • Conversion rate from MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead)
