Senior Business Development Representative will originate and implement strategies to expand our national footprint in the Cell & Gene Therapy industry while diversifying sales portfolio and improving revenue targets through customer engagement in the Biotherapies, Pharma, and Hospital markets. Primary activities involve expanding sales and business pipeline while augmenting industry knowledge to influence new products and services. Looking for a team player who is enthusiastic about impacting patient care along with an experienced Business Development team committed to supplying customizable services to support clinical trials.
Education : Bachelor's degree required.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Abilities : Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic proficiency in PC use, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Ability to work effectively in a team.
Travel : Travel may be required up to 25%.
The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $95,000 annually.
This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and may be extended to expand the applicant pool.

Business development experience with successful sales in clinical or pharmaceutical fields, or a clinical background in cell & gene therapy with a passion for expanding business through client engagement.
