Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Data & Segmentation Manager who loves turning customer data into targeted campaigns. This hands-on role audits CRM data, builds segments from purchase history, and coordinates outbound campaigns to drive growth across our markets.

You will work closely with product and content teams, manage campaigns in Mailchimp and Zoho, and deliver measurable results through Power BI insights.

Competenze

• 5+ years in database/CRM marketing, analytics or operations.
• Hands-on CRM experience, especially Zoho; segmented campaigns in Mailchimp.
• Power BI and advanced Excel skills; SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics or related field.

• Audit customer and prospect data across CRMs; identify gaps.
• Build segments from purchase data; define criteria for campaigns.
• Run targeted campaigns in Mailchimp and Zoho; manage SMS campaigns.
