Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) seeks a Marketing Operations Manager for our Long Island, NY office to own the MarTech stack end to end and keep a CRM clean. You will be hands-on with Salesforce and other platforms, shaping data-driven campaigns from setup to execution, and ensuring data quality across the funnel.

In this founder-led B2B SaaS environment, you will own data hygiene, multi-channel campaigns, SEO/retargeting, and reporting with a focus on measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in marketing operations or MarTech (B2B SaaS preferred).
• CRM experience; Salesforce a plus, HubSpot/Marketo acceptable if technically proficient.
• Proven track record of large-scale data cleanup.
• Ability to explain technical/data concepts clearly to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce data hygiene: imports, deduplication, segmentation and ongoing maintenance.
• Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns against real performance data.
• SEO and retargeting across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with reliable tracking.
• Create reporting that demonstrates performance, not just activity.
• Document processes and ensure knowledge is accessible to the team.
