Job summary

The role focuses on improving contact data quality, maintaining recurring reporting, and assisting with data refreshes and ad-hoc requests to ensure accurate CRM, marketing automation, and campaign reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, CRM/data quality, reporting, or related data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, CRM systems, or reporting tools preferred.
• Expertise with database querying/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate marketing, CRM, campaign, and reporting data to identify trends and support campaign recommendations.
• Support CRM and marketing data quality by correcting record errors, merging duplicates, and tracking recurring issues.
• Maintain recurring program and existing marketing reporting by refreshing reports and ensuring data accuracy.
