The Hanover Insurance Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a Personal Lines Data Analyst to join our State Management team. This hybrid role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights for agent partners and customers.

You will develop analytical tools, build reports, and lead analytics projects that support business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior P&C experience and strong SQL/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of related analytical experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Property & Casualty industry experience.
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL; able to work with large data sets.
• Ability to present findings clearly in writing and verbally.

• Develop and enhance proprietary analytics tools for agent partners.
• Create detailed reports to support strategic initiatives.
