Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group, with offices in Worcester, MA and Howell, MI, seeks a Data Consultant to join the Personal Lines State Management team. You will apply analytical skills to develop proprietary tools that optimize agent partner activities and support business growth.

You will lead analytics projects, translate business requirements into reporting, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Independent Agent Channel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support complex business/technical processes and tools across multiple products.
• Serve as a team member on large scope analytics projects and manage data analytics tasks.
• Translate business requirements into analytical reporting and evolve models.
• Develop visually appealing reports to support strategic initiatives and present findings to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with partners to generate innovative data-driven solutions.
