Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• 4-6+ years of analytical and property & casualty industry experience.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis.
• Excel expertise and intermediate SQL skills.
• Summarize complex concepts in written and oral form (PowerPoint).
• Understand key industry financial/operational metrics.
• Strong organization and time management to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and communicate conclusions to internal partners.
• Respond to urgent requests and deliver routine/ad hoc information quickly.
• Lead development of complex reports and tools for multiple lines of business.
• Quantify impacts of internal changes and external trends on loss results.
• Develop data knowledge to answer complex business questions.
• Collaborate with team to generate innovative data solutions.
