Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant program.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau).
• Curiosity, initiative, and critical thinking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with a cross-functional team to gather and analyze data, formulating hypotheses and developing models and solutions.
• Identify and craft a clear purpose of a data analytics project.
• Execute steps to gather data, explore and clean data, and run models on real data.
• Perform data gathering via primary and secondary research methods.
• Analyze qualitative data to uncover industry, company, and customer trends.
• Create in-depth reports and deliverables, communicating the story the data tells senior leadership.
• Generate reports using dashboards and scorecards to depict KPIs.
• Curate and depict the ideal customer experience based on data modeling and insights.
