The Marketing Data Analyst will develop dashboards and reports from diverse data sources, monitor performance, conduct SEO audits, and deliver monthly insights to maximize ROI across B2B and B2C platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing/communications, customer service or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce and CMS experience preferred.
• AI readiness: openness to using AI tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reports, KPIs, platforms, and dashboards from data sources like GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Salesforce, and more.
• Monitor web, social, lead, promotional, customer and sales data to diagnose issues and propose cross-functional solutions.
• Conduct SEO audits for multiple websites to improve digital performance and UX.
• Oversee product experience management platform and streamline product uploads.
• Implement on-page SEO to boost UX on B2B and B2C platforms.
• Provide actionable insights monthly to maximize ROI and inform decisions.
