Job summary

First-Horizon-Bank is seeking a Marketing Data Enablement Manager to lead a team of data analysts within the Marketing organization. You will shape data driven experiences across campaigns and events, connecting data pipelines from Salesforce, Data Cloud, Databricks and Alteryx to support retail, small business, and commercial banking initiatives.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Data Enablement and Production Support, you will collaborate with Analytics, Integrated Marketing and Brand Strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a data engineering team in Marketing/production.
• 2+ years with Data Cloud and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with ETL, Alteryx, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of data analysts launching and supporting Marketing campaigns and projects.
• Partner with Analytics, Integrated Marketing and Brand Strategy to define audience, segmentation, and measurement requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test and validate data processes for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources and systems.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve process quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to regulatory and privacy requirements.
