Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Marketing Data Enablement Manager to lead a team of data analysts and partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven marketing across campaigns and events. The role focuses on retail and commercial banking enablement, working with core data platforms, CDPs, and Salesforce suites to ensure data quality and reusable components.

The successful candidate will manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and ensure timely execution while maintaining regulatory compliance

5+ years of experience in managing a data engineering team within a Marketing and production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of data analysts focused on launching and supporting Marketing campaigns.
Partner with Analytics, Integrated Marketing and Brand Strategy teams to define audience, segmentation, and measurement requirements across channels.
Test and validate data processes for quality and accuracy with cross-functional teammates.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources and systems.
Identify gaps and opportunities in process, quality, and efficiency, and recommend targeted adjustments.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for industry privacy and consent.
