Job summary

LJC Design & Engineering, part of Clayco, seeks a Knowledge Manager – Data & Marketing to own marketing data systems and content across projects. You will manage project data in Deltek Vantagepoint, oversee resumes and images in InDesign and OpenAsset, and support the Go/No-Go process.

Collaborative role with marketing and project teams nationwide, with limited travel. Requires 4+ years in marketing within professional services and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment (built environment preferred).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint or Unanet).
• Experience with digital asset management (OpenAsset).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Manage LJC's project data in Deltek Vantagepoint and coordinate with Clayco on Unanet projects.
• Collect project information via questionnaires and follow up through closeout.
• Produce marketing content including InDesign pages and narratives.
• Build and maintain employee resumes in InDesign and create pursuit resumes.
• Manage OpenAsset images, tagging, access, and license administration.
• Track project data and personnel changes in Asana; keep portfolios current.
• Support Go/No-Go by maintaining pursuit records in Asana and Dynamics CRM.
• Review proposals and narratives to capture reusable content.
