SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Marketing Manager - Client Data & Insights to lead the Client Data & Insights team and advance how the firm understands, supports, and serves its clients. You’ll oversee Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, data governance, and client intelligence reporting, guiding data quality and analytics.

This highly collaborative role connects technology, data, processes, and people, enabling AI-driven improvements, automation, and better decision-making across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Six years of experience in CRM administration or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading Deltek Vantagepoint CRM governance, workflows, and data quality.
• Strong experience overseeing Power BI development and dashboards.
• Experience managing client feedback programs (Voice of the Client).
• Experience implementing workflow automation and AI-enabled processes.
• Understanding of business development, sales, and client relationships in professional services.
• Experience leading analysts, CRM professionals, or data specialists.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes and solutions.
• Strong collaboration and change management skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as business owner for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM functionality, data structures, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Vantagepoint CRM roadmap aligned with SWCA’s growth and objectives.
• Prioritize CRM enhancements, integrations, automation opportunities, and UX improvements.
• Monitor CRM adoption and lead stakeholder engagement, training, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement of client journey and pursuit pipeline workflows within the CRM.
• Lead Power BI reporting for sales, pipeline, client intelligence, and growth insights.
• Expand reporting capabilities toward predictive analytics.
• Lead execution of SWCA’s client feedback program, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Integrate client feedback with CRM and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Pilot AI-enabled data enrichment and automation solutions.
