Job summary

LJC Design & Engineering, part of Clayco, seeks a Knowledge Manager – Data & Marketing to own project data, resumes, images, and reusable content powering proposals and websites. You will collaborate with project managers, market leaders, and pursuit teams to ensure data accuracy from first contract through final photography.

You will oversee Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, and Asana, support Go/No-Go processes, and help integrate content across marketing channels with IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years in marketing in a professional service field (built environment preferred).
• Experience with a CRM/ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint or Unanet preferred).
• Experience with a digital asset management system (OpenAsset preferred).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage LJC's project data in Deltek Vantagepoint and related systems.
• Gather project information from contracts and teams using questionnaires.
• Produce core marketing content including InDesign pages and narratives.
• Build and maintain employee resumes in InDesign and create pursuit resumes.
• Manage images/graphics in OpenAsset and maintain Deltek–OpenAsset connection.
• Track project data, hires, and pursuits in Asana; keep records current.
• Support Go/No-Go by keeping pursuit records accurate in Asana and Dynamics CRM.
• Review proposals and narratives to capture reusable content for future use.
• Provide content and approvals for website, social media, and Plum Line newsletter.
