Job summary

BD seeks a Director of Marketing Data & Analytics to lead the analytics function powering global digital marketing. You will own the analytics strategy, governance, and measurement, building scalable infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities across markets and regions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape demand generation, channel optimization, and investment decisions, while leading a global data & analytics team to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred for data-centric leadership.
• 10–12+ years in marketing analytics/digital analytics or commercial data roles.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering an analytics strategy at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate analyses into strategic narratives for VP and BU leaders.
• Lead automated, scalable reporting and dashboards for performance insights.
• Set enterprise-wide digital measurement standards and governance.
