Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or data engineering experience with increasing scope.
• 3+ years in formal people leadership overseeing analytics teams.
• Deep expertise in enterprise semantic layer design, governance, and platform strategy.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale self-service analytics across Regions/BU.
• Strong SQL and modern cloud data platforms knowledge.
• Experience with metrics governance frameworks and KPI registries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics engineering function, setting strategy for semantic layer and BI engineering.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of analysts across global regions.
• Define governance forums for metric definitions, data lineage, and KPIs.
