Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst in Irvine, CA or remote. The role focuses on tracking content performance, building dashboards, and deriving insights to optimize marketing strategies across earned, owned and user-generated social content for Blizzard franchises.

You will report to the Audience Development Manager and contribute to KPI-driven channel strategy. The position supports hybrid work with on-site Irvine presence and flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience in media planning, social media management or digital marketing analytics/research.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
• Deep understanding of social/video platform landscape and content archetypes.
• Experience with interactive dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Experience driving social listening programs and topic queries.

Responsibilities

• Own focused reporting across major release moments.
• Build and maintain social data dashboards.
• Ensure KPIs are integrated in reporting and shared with franchises.
• Collaborate with analyst team to ensure quality and actionable insights.
• Understand franchise communities and content cycles to inform insights.
