Job summary

Starborn Industries, a PrimeSource Brands company based in Irving, Texas, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and commercial activities across the business. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will coordinate trade shows, maintain product data, manage labels, and support sales reporting and analytics.

The role involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery of materials and accurate data across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and learning ERP, label management, and product information systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade shows and events logistics, registrations, shipping, and displays.
• Maintain product master data and assist with new SKU setup.
• Collect, enter, and validate product information, specs, packaging, and pricing.
• Maintain label database and coordinate label revisions.
• Create and maintain recurring sales and customer reports.
• Support Brand Manager with launches, sales materials, and communications.
