Starborn Industries, a PrimeSource Brands company based in Irving, Texas, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and commercial activities across the business. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and learning ERP, label management, and product information systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Position Summary

Starborn Industries, a PrimeSource Brands company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and commercial activities across the business.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to coordinate trade shows, maintain product and master data, manage labels, and support sales reporting and analytics. The Marketing Coordinator takes ownership of a variety of projects and ensures work is completed accurately and on schedule while demonstrating the PrimeSource BluePrint.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Trade Shows and Events

Coordinate logistics for trade shows and customer events, including registration, shipping, booth materials, samples, and displays.

Ensure materials arrive accurately and on time; coordinate post-event returns.

Master Data and SKU Management

Maintain accurate product master data and assist with the creation and setup of new SKUs.

Collect, enter, and validate product information, specifications, packaging, pricing, and other required data.

Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Label Management

Maintain Starborn’s product label database and ensure label information remains accurate and current.

Coordinate new labels and revisions to existing labels.

Reporting and Analytics

Create and maintain recurring sales and customer reports.

Provide sales representatives and leadership with requested data and analysis; support ad hoc reporting as needed.

Marketing Support

Support the Brand Manager with product launches, sales materials, customer communications, and other marketing initiatives.

Coordinate projects across departments and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Assist with additional marketing and business needs as they arise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, sales support, product data management, or a related area.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Comfortable working with data and learning ERP, label management, and product information systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
