Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of marketing, product marketing, or PM experience.
• Experience leading marketing professionals and teams.
• Proven track record in bringing products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and opportunities for new products.
• Develop and prioritize the company's innovation and new product pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional commercialization of new products from concept through launch.
• Maintain understanding of competitive products, pricing, and market trends.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
• Establish the overall marketing strategy, priorities, annual plan, and budget.
• Provide strategic direction for brand positioning, packaging, digital marketing, website, social media, and marketing communications.
• Ensure the company's brand and product messaging are consistent and differentiated across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage outside agencies and marketing partners as needed.
• Partner closely with Sales to develop tools and programs that drive product adoption and revenue.
• Develop product positioning, presentations, competitive comparisons, training materials, samples, displays, and other sales enablement tools.
