Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in office management or similar involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior hospitality to prospective residents and guests.
• Understand sales targets and assist the team in achieving them.
• Receive inquiries by phone and internet and enter into CRM.
• Make reminder and follow-up calls for events and needs.
• Keep the office stocked with supplies and sales collateral.
• Process deposits and handle transactions accurately, including cancellations.
• Set up and manage prospective resident files.
• Maintain all sales reports, CRM, Engrain, mailing and suppression lists.
• Maintain Facebook page daily.
• Coordinate collateral fulfillment for inquiries.
• Coordinate events to promote opportunities to prospects and influencers.
• Process departmental accounts payable against budgeted spend down schedule.
• Understand departmental sales goals and contribute toward achieving them.
• Be an active team member, participate in strategic discussions and training.
• Self-directed with high detail orientation and organizational skills.
