Senior Living Residences in Farmington, CT seeks a Move-In Coordinator (Sales and Marketing Assistant). The role supports move-in scheduling, resident file management, marketing material preparation, CRM coordination, and cross-department collaboration to ensure apartments are move-in ready.

You'll engage with residents and families, coordinate assessments, tours, and outreach, while upholding SLR's values and delivering excellent service in a warm, team-driven environment.

• Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and scheduling outreach meetings or presentations.
• Assist in management of CRM software.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
