Job summary

Pinnacle Living in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing with a range of activities, including administrative duties and project coordination for campaigns, social media, and events.

You will organize materials, prepare proposals, manage calendars, assist with the marketing plan, and help maintain brand consistency across communications while delivering friendly, professional service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in an executive assistant/secretarial role.
• Strong computer skills and office software proficiency.
• Ability to type 75 wpm and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Perform administrative tasks: letters, reports, calendars, and supplies.
• Assist with Marketing Plan as directed by Director of Marketing.
• Greet visitors, screen inquiries, and relay information to staff.
• Compile sales information, prepare weekly reports, and manage databases.
• Input inquiries into lead management system daily.
