Method Studio in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our design-focused team. You will support proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations that showcase our people, projects, and culture.

You’ll help with business development, client follow-ups, and maintaining organized marketing operations across the Raleigh office. The role emphasizes storytelling, content creation, and brand-consistent materials in a collaborative environment with architects and interior designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, design, or professional services.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and qualifications packages.
• Print, assemble, and ship proposals or prepare electronic submissions.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and leadership to create client-focused materials.
• Research opportunities, track pursuits, and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM information, project profiles, and client records.
• Coordinate client follow-ups, meeting prep, and post-meeting actions.
• Provide marketing, business development, and administrative support to keep Raleigh office moving.
