Job summary

Vannoy Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business development and marketing efforts in Charlotte, NC. This role leads the end-to-end proposal process, creates visual collateral, and manages marketing data across internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with information management systems such as Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, or a comparable system is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management under tight deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs from kickoff to on-time submission.
• Write, edit, and format persuasive content, project descriptions, team resumes, and boilerplate materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to gather project data and ensure client requirements compliance.
• Maintain templates, case studies, and photography archives.
• Produce branded project summaries, subcontractor materials, and client-facing presentation decks.
