Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced marketing team in Raleigh. The role emphasizes writing, editing, and project management to produce compelling proposals, presentations, and collateral.

The ideal candidate will create persuasive content, coordinate multiple deadlines, and collaborate closely with engineers and leadership to showcase RMF’s expertise. Travel is occasional, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of compelling custom proposals, SF330 forms and other branded marketing collateral in response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Craft engaging content for proposals, presentations, brochures, and digital marketing materials.
• Manage multiple deadlines and project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for interviews, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Search, track, and maintain new leads and opportunities to keep the team ahead of industry projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to showcase RMF’s expertise.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint to manage marketing data and workflows.
• Occasional travel for site visits and industry events.
