Job summary

W. L. Butler, a full-service commercial general contractor with over 50 years in California, seeks a Marketing Coordinator in Irvine to support companywide marketing and business development efforts.

You will assist with proposals, client communications, events, and marketing assets while coordinating across teams to move projects forward. The role requires 3–5 years in marketing/administration, strong communication, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, administrative, or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, SharePoint, Procore, ProjectMark, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Resourceful, dependable, and collaborative with a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development initiatives across the company.
• Assist with proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and client communications.
• Coordinate project photography, drone shoots, and marketing assets.
• Maintain team resumes, project information, and marketing databases.
• Manage client surveys, media requests, company awards, and industry submissions.
• Track marketing projects and deadlines while providing status updates.
• Support company events, community involvement activities, and internal communications.
• Maintain organized files, records, and marketing resources.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Department.
