Job summary

W. L. Butler is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support companywide marketing and business development efforts across California.

The role suits someone who is organized, can juggle multiple priorities, and help bring marketing initiatives, proposals, events, and client communications to life. You will collaborate with teams to maintain marketing materials, coordinate project photography, manage client data, and support marketing resources and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, administrative, or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and document layout; edit templates and update graphics.
• Experience with SharePoint, Procore, ProjectMark, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development initiatives across the company.
• Assist with proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and client communications.
• Coordinate project photography, drone shoots, and marketing assets.
• Maintain team resumes, project information, and marketing databases.
• Manage client surveys, media requests, awards, and industry submissions.
• Track marketing projects and deadlines; provide status updates.
• Support company events, community involvement activities, and internal communications.
• Maintain organized files and marketing resources.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Department.
