CBRE is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, presentations and communications across the marketing function. You will work with sales, client services, and researchers to identify branding needs and deliver templated, branded materials.

This entry-level role emphasizes following defined procedures, maintaining the document library, and delivering high-quality work under supervision while advancing CBRE's marketing programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the distribution of internal and external marketing information, print, digital, and media materials.
• Create templated, company-branded literature including advertisements, demographic reports, executive summary brochures, and presentation binders.
• Update the document library and supplies.
• Work with sales professionals, client services, and researchers to identify branding needs and provide reliable service to clients.
• Gather information to complete projects and work with management to develop strategy for marketing materials.
• Respond to proposal requests, track success, and design supporting marketing materials.
